Thanks for purchasing your products at Snowdonia Nurseries & Garden Centre

At Snowdonia Nurseries, we guarantee that all products we sell have been inspected carefully before they have reached the shelves or delivered.

FAULTY GOODS

Items must be returned with original till receipt. 

​

If you have purchased goods from us and found them to be faulty, you must notify us within 7 working days of the date of purchase. You must return the goods to the shop and if the goods are found to be faulty, and not through neglect or misuse, you will be given a full refund of the purchased price.

You are eligible for a refund or exchange on a product if returned unopened and in its original condition within 28 days, you must also have your original till receipt. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

If a refund is required, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds and returns on unwanted items.
