When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer.
These include the right to claim a refund, replacement and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribe
Our Store Policy
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind.
Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.
Items returned damaged or opened where the packaging has been damaged may not be eligible for an exchange.
Christmas Policy
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind.
Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 3 days or purchase and we will offer an exchange or credit note.
Christmas decorations can not be refunded after the 24th December.
With electrical items that are faulty, please return your items within 28days. These will be eligible for a full refund with proof of purchase required.
