A quick note about dogs in store
We love seeing your furry friends visit the garden centre!
Recently we’ve had an increase in dogs toileting and marking on stock, which unfortunately causes damage.
To help us keep the shop clean and welcoming for everyone, please remember:
Only bring dogs in if necessary or if you are confident they won’t have accidents
Small dogs are best carried where possible, please don't use our retail trollies
Dogs must be kept on a short lead
Dogs should be friendly around people and other dogs.
Please note that any stock damaged by dog accidents must be paid for before leaving the shop.
Our dog policy will unfortunately have to be reviewed if we don’t see any improvement.
